Our captains and crew have fished the length and range of the Americas, and we brought that expertise to one of the world’s great fishing destinations: Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica.

La Mojada was the spark — a passion project born from decades on the water and a deep love for Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. The response from guests was overwhelming, and what began as a single charter operation grew into something bigger and Reel Choice Tours was born. What started with one boat now includes a full fleet built for every kind of adventure.
Our specialty is live bait fishing incorporating deep jigging — a style that puts you where the fish are and keeps you there. Every charter is tailored to conditions, species and your goals on the water. Whether you’re after a trophy roosterfish inshore or chasing sailfish offshore, our captains know exactly how to read the water and put you on the bite.
